JR Furniture

JR Furniture (www.jrfurniture.biz) is a privately held large furniture retailer located in the Pacific Northwest. Currently, they operate 13 retail stores in the Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, BC. The company just celebrated their grand opening of their newest store in Hubbard, OR. With their recent expansions, they have become one of the fastest growing furniture retailers in the country. JR Furniture caters to the mid-market segment carrying several lines including: Ashley, Simmons, Stanton, & Englander. It advertises as having the largest product selection in Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.

JR Furniture currently occupies 37,566 square feet or 30.11% of Gresham Square Shopping Center. They have been a tenant since April 2004, and this past September renewed their lease until September 2023. The Gresham Square is JR’s first and largest location in Oregon. 

Red Lobster

Red Lobster is the biggest full service dining seafood specialty restaurant in North America. It has a total of 705 restaurants, with 678 in the US and 27 in Canada. The restaurant chain was formerly owned by a casual dining empire known as Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI). Darden owns and operates more than 2,105 restaurants in the US including Olive Garden, Red Lobster, LongHorn Steakhouse, The Capital Grille, Yard House, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, Eddie V’s and Wildfish Seafood Grille. The Red Lobster chain was recently sold for $2.1 billion to Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco based private equity firm.

Red Lobster currently leases 9,165 square feet or 7.35% of the center. They have been a tenant since 1990.

Tuesday Morning

Tuesday Morning Corporation (Nasdaq:TUES), founded in 1974, is an upscale deep-discount retailer specializing in domestic, international, designer and name-brand gifts, soft home, home furnishings, housewares, luggage, toys, seasonal items, gourmet food, and accessories for men, women, and children. Based in Dallas, Texas, they have 811 stores operating in 41 states.  Tuesday Morning is leasing 9,753 square feet or 7.82% of the center. They have been a tenant at Gresham Square since 2000.

Providence Health

Providence Health & Services, founded 158 years ago, is a not-for-profit Catholic health care organization which has hospitals, physician clinics, and provide senior services, supportive housing and many other health and educational services across Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington – with its system office located in Renton, Washington.

The company has 68,488 employees including 3,148 physicians, 438 physician clinics, and has 390,596 members. Providence Health Services is leasing 7,077 square feet or 5.67% of the center. They have been a tenant since 1997 with a current term expiration of December 2015. The Gresham Square location serves Physical, Sports, and Occupational therapy services.

Kaiser Permanente

Kaiser Permanente is one of the largest not-for-profit health plans serving approximately 9.1 million members. Headquartered in Oakland, CA, the organization has 38 hospitals, 618 medical offices, 16,942 physicians, and 174,259 employees as of January 2014. The company reported annual operating revenue of $53.1 billion in 2013. In the Portland area, Kaiser operates 29 medical facilities

Kaiser Permanente has a dental clinic in Gresham Square Shopping Center that leases 5,150 square feet or 4.13% of the center. They have been a tenant since 2005 with a lease expiration of November 2015.

Dutch Brothers

Dutch Bros. Coffee is a privately held drive-through coffee chain headquartered in Grants Pass, Oregon. With company-owned and franchise locations throughout the western United States, Dutch Bros. is the country's largest privately held, drive-through coffee chain with 211 stores in 7 western U.S. States.

Since 2009, Dutch Brothers has been operating a drive thru kiosk leasing 0.96% of the center or 1,197 square feet. 

Wunderland

Wunderland, founded over 25 years ago, is a family owned business based in the Portland area and operates 6 locations. It offers a clean, fun and safe environment for families and guests of all ages and prides itself on personal friendly customer service. The heart of Wunderland comes from offering over 100 arcade games at each location all using nickels to play. After paying a small admission charge for adults you will find all games operate using nickels. In addition, the Gresham location offers a discount movie theatre equipped with the latest in digital sound and projection. Wunderland has been a tenant at Gresham Square since 2010 and occupy 14,177 square feet.
